Robert and Catherine purchased Kellosheil Park in 2001, and over the last 9 years have built the property to be a wonderful agistment and events centre, with the capacity to accommodate up to 30 horses in private paddocks full time, and up to an extra 15 horses on short stays for special events.

Facilities:

Undercover 60 x 20 arena: the first of its kind in Australia, this arena cover is the most recent addition to the facilities. This enables us to book events and ensure that the clinics can proceed in most weather conditions. A gallery is to be added and 1/3 of the cover can be enclosed to ensure all weather protection.

Round yard: 15m diameter round yard for young horse work.

Rider /horse preparation area: We offer large easily accessible and ample parking, tie up areas, plus wash bay and day yards.

Lecture Theatre: The lecture theatre can accommodate approx 50 -60 people, in comfort.

Cooking: Food and tea making facilities are in the lecture theatre. External catering can be easily accommodated.

Shower and Toilets: Composting toilets and showers available for overnight campers.

Jumping Arena: 20 classy jumps in the olive grove

Cross-country Course: 2 Km of cross country jumps and obstacles. Ideal for pony club and training days.

Riding Trails: 3-4 km of riding trails through beautiful private reserves.

Stables: At Kellosheil Park, we don't believe in keeping our horses in stables unless we need to for close monitoring, or temporary circumstances. We have a small stable block, with 2 stables for these purposes. We will be building a larger stable block for future events and short term stays.

Private Paddocks: Each paddock is 2 acres or larger, with its own tack shed and shelter. Water is automatic, and we have full time employees who manage the fencing and maintenance on a regular basis. We provide home cut hay, as required to maintain pasture integrity. This is charged out as an extra.

Pricing:
Day use of facilities per rider: $15 per day.
Indoor Arena Hire: $10 per rider/per hour
Private paddocks are $65 per week plus GST
Full Livery is $120 per week plus GST
Shared paddock is $45 per week plus GST
All extra are services are charged out per schedule - eg. Rugging, feeding, shoeing, trims, worming, herbal medicine, vet etc.
